Use of this Website and membership with The Kaizen Club are restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older who are capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws of India.

Membership is available upon payment of the applicable fee and acceptance of the Membership Terms & Conditions. The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly stated in the Membership Agreement. The Club reserves the right to approve, reject, or cancel any membership application at its discretion.
