1.1 Any individual, company, or organization operating in an approved category (such as Gym, Salon, Restaurant, Café, Lounge, Hotel, Spa, Sports Centre, Amusement Park, etc.) may apply to become a Partner or Associate of The Kaizen Club.
1.2 The applicant must provide accurate business details, GST information, address, and contact details.
1.3 Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
2. Website Account Creation & Login
2.1 To access the Partner & Associate Portal, users must create an online account using a valid email ID and mobile number.
2.2 The user must verify the email and/or mobile number through OTP before accessing the dashboard.
2.3 The applicant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
2.4 Any activity done under the registered credentials will be treated as performed by the authorized user.
3. Application Submission
3.1 The applicant must fill out the complete online form and upload required documents (GST certificate, business license, menu/rate card, photos of premises, ID proof).
3.2 All information submitted must be true, updated, and verifiable.
3.3 The Kaizen Club reserves the right to request additional documents or information before approval.
4. Review & Approval Process
4.1 The Kaizen Club will review each application before granting Partner/Associate status.
4.2 Approval depends on service quality, category eligibility, compliance with business standards, and verification of documents.
4.3 The Club reserves full rights to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
4.4 Upon approval, the Partner receives an official digital authorization, login access, and is listed in the Partner Network.
5. Use of the Partner Portal
5.1 All Partners must use the portal or mobile app exclusively for:
Member verification through Face Recognition System
Uploading bills
Claiming discount settlements
Viewing payouts and account details (as defined in your agreement)
5.2 Partners must ensure that staff using the portal are trained and authorized.
5.3 Misuse of the portal, fake billing, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
6. Member Verification & Discount Compliance
6.1 Partners must verify members using the official Kaizen Club Partner & Associate Mobile Application.
6.2 A 30% discount must be provided only after successful verification.
6.3 Bills must be uploaded on the app immediately after service.
6.4 The Kaizen Club reserves the right to audit any bill or verification process.
7. Settlement of Discount Amount
7.1 Settlement is processed only for verified bills uploaded through the app.
7.2 The Club will settle payments to the Partner’s bank account within the timeline mentioned in the Partner Agreement.
7.3 Incorrect bills, fraudulent entries, or mismatch cases may lead to settlement hold or cancellation.
8. Obligations of the Partner
8.1 Maintain high service standards for Kaizen Members.
8.2 Display Kaizen Club branding and promotional materials at the premises.
8.3 Inform The Kaizen Club about price card/menu updates or business changes.
8.4 Avoid misuse of Kaizen Club’s name, logo, app, or goodwill.
9. Termination of Portal Access
The Club may suspend or terminate the Partner’s account if:
Fraudulent or inflated bills are submitted
Multiple complaints are received
Partner violates terms of the Agreement
Any illegal activity or misuse of brand is detected
Upon termination, the Partner must immediately stop using all Kaizen Club branding and portal access.
10. Data Protection & Confidentiality
10.1 Partners must not share member data with any third-party.
10.2 All app data, billing details, and business analytics are confidential and property of The Kaizen Club.
10.3 Misuse or leak of any data will result in immediate legal action.
11. Modification of Terms
11.1 The Kaizen Club may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.2 Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11.3 Partners will be notified through email or dashboard alerts about major changes.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 All disputes related to application, login, or settlement shall first be resolved mutually.
12.2 Unresolved disputes will be settled under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with Nagpur, Maharashtra as the jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance
By creating an account, logging in, or submitting an application, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
